Airea plc, a UK-based flooring specialist, has announced the granting of nil-cost options to top executives under its Long Term Inventure Plan, linked to the company’s financial and share price performance. CEO Médéric Payne received 120,000 new options, adding to his 500,000 existing ones, while CFO Conleth Campbell was awarded 250,000 options. These options are set to vest at the end of 2025, with exercise dates ranging from 2026 to 2032.
