Airbus SE has disclosed share buyback transactions occurring from September 23 to 27, 2024, as part of a programme initiated on September 9, 2024, to support employee share ownership and equity compensation plans. The buyback, authorized by shareholders during the April 10, 2024, AGM, has reached a total of 1,073,771 shares with an expenditure of €140,965,690.32. This financial move aligns with Airbus’s strategy to repurchase up to 10% of its issued share capital.
