Dr. Samir J. Serhan stepped down as Chief Operating Officer of Air Products and Chemicals, Inc., effective immediately as of July 18, 2024, but will stay with the company until September 30, 2024. He will receive severance and benefits as outlined in the company’s Executive Separation Program, the details of which were disclosed in a previous proxy statement.
