Air China Limited has announced its Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for May 30, 2024, where shareholders will review the company’s 2023 work reports, financial statements, and profit distribution proposal. A pivotal item on the agenda is the special resolution to grant the Board a general mandate to issue various debt financing instruments to support operational needs and liquidity. The AGM provides shareholders the opportunity to approve important company decisions, including the re-appointment of auditors and the handling of the company’s unrecovered losses exceeding one-third of its paid-up share capital.
