Air China (UK) (GB:AIRC) has released an update.
Air China Limited has announced its Annual General Meeting (AGM) for shareholders to review and approve key company resolutions, including the 2023 financial statements and profit distribution. The AGM, scheduled for May 30, 2024, will also address the re-appointment of auditors and the authorization of debt financing instruments issuance to support the company’s financial needs. Shareholders registered by May 22, 2024, are eligible to attend and vote, with provisions made for proxy voting.
