AInnovation Technology Group Co., Ltd, previously known as Qingdao AInnovation Technology Group Co., Ltd, has officially changed its company name as recorded by the Qingdao Administration for Market Regulation and the Hong Kong Registrar of Companies. This alteration will not affect the rights of the company’s securities holders; existing securities certificates with the old name remain valid for all purposes, and only newly issued certificates will bear the new name. The company’s English and Chinese short names will not change.
