Aimia Inc. (TSE:AIM) has released an update.
Aimia Inc. has announced the declaration of quarterly dividends for its preferred shares, with payments of $0.300125 per Series 1 share and $0.375688 per Series 3 share, due on March 28, 2024, to shareholders of record as of March 21, 2024. Canadian residents will benefit from these dividends being classified as ‘eligible dividends’ under Canadian tax law. Additionally, the dividend rate for Series 3 shares is set at 7.773% annually for the next five years, starting from March 31, 2024.
