Aidigong Maternal & Child Health Limited has announced a proposed share consolidation, where forty existing shares will be merged into one consolidated share, pending shareholder approval at a forthcoming Special General Meeting (SGM). The consolidation is subject to certain conditions, including the Listing Committee’s approval and compliance with Bermuda laws and Listing Rules, and may not proceed if these are not met.
