Aidigong Maternal & Child Health Limited has announced the appointment of Mr. Shan Guoxin as an independent non-executive Director, who will also serve on the Remuneration, Nomination, and Audit Committees starting from 5 July 2024. Mr. Shan brings over 30 years of healthcare management experience and has held several prestigious positions including COO of China Resources Healthcare Group and hospital administrator roles.
