Aidigong Maternal & Child Health Limited has announced a new share placement agreement to offer up to 869 million shares at a discounted price of HK$0.042 each, aiming to raise around HK$36.5 million in gross proceeds. The funds are intended for repaying debts and boosting the Group’s general working capital. However, the completion of the placement is conditional, and shareholders are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the shares.
