AIC Mines has announced the approval of the Jericho Mining Lease by the Queensland Government, marking a significant step forward in the development of the new underground copper mine. This approval enables the initiation of surface works and mining activities, with the project expected to create approximately 150 jobs during the construction phase and 100 permanent positions thereafter. The development is set to bolster annual copper and gold production for AIC Mines, contributing to the global demand for copper in the transition to sustainable energy infrastructure.
