AIB Group (GB:AIBG) has released an update.
AIB Group PLC has announced a change in its major holdings, with the Irish Minister for Finance’s shareholding through the Ireland Strategic Investment Fund (ISIF) decreasing from 32.40% to 31.98%, falling below the 32% threshold. The notification indicates that there were no acquisitions or disposals of financial instruments, and the total number of voting rights remained at 31.98% of AIB Group PLC.
