Allied Irish Banks (Adr) (AIBRF) has released an update.
Allied Irish Banks, PLC has announced that Andy Maguire, an independent non-executive director at the company, will join the board of Westpac Banking Corporation as an independent non-executive director in mid-July 2024. The appointment follows the fulfillment of regulatory and Australian visa requirements as per the latest news from AIB and Westpac.
