AI/ML Innovations Inc. Completes Major Financing Round

Aiml Resources (TSE:AIML) has released an update.

AI/ML Innovations Inc. successfully completed a non-brokered private placement, raising $971,500 through the issuance of over 19 million Units and nearly 1 million broker warrants. The funds raised are earmarked for working capital requirements. Each unit includes a Common Share and a Warrant, with the latter entitling holders to purchase additional shares at a set price within a three-year period.
