AI/ML Innovations Inc. has successfully concluded the first closing of its non-brokered private placement offering, raising $460,000 by issuing 9.2 million units at $0.05 each. These units, consisting of one common share plus one three-year warrant, contribute to the company’s working capital. The funds will drive AI/ML’s focus on digital health and wellbeing initiatives harnessing AI and machine learning technologies.
