Aguia Resources Limited (AU:AGR) has released an update.
Aguia Resources Limited has successfully acquired over 90% of Andean Mining Limited shares, allowing it to commence compulsory acquisition of the remaining shares. Shareholders of Andean Mining will receive three Aguia shares for each Andean share they hold, which will be placed in voluntary escrow for six months. Andean shareholders will be instructed on claiming their new shares through a form provided by Andean.
