AgriForce Growing Systems Ltd. has struck a deal with Maxim Group LLC to potentially sell up to $3.08 million of its common stock through an Equity Distribution Agreement. This arrangement allows for the sale of shares at market prices from time to time and replaces a previous agreement with B. Riley, Inc. The shares are being offered pursuant to a registration statement and prospectus previously filed and declared effective by the SEC. This move provides AgriForce with a flexible option to raise capital as needed.
