Agricultural Bank of China Welcomes New Director

Agricultural Bank of China (HK:1288) has released an update.

The Agricultural Bank of China has announced the appointment of Mr. Ju Jiandong as an independent non-executive director following approval from the National Financial Regulatory Administration, with his term beginning on September 10, 2024. Concurrently, the bank has acknowledged the departure of Mr. Huang Zhenzhong from the same position upon the completion of his term, noting his departure is without disagreement with the board and expressing gratitude for his contributions.
