Agricultural Bank of China (HK:1288) has released an update.
The Agricultural Bank of China Limited has announced the issuance of U.S.$400,000,000 Floating Rate Notes due 2027 under its U.S.$15,000,000,000 Medium Term Note Programme. These notes have been listed on NASDAQ Dubai following regulatory approval. The bank has clarified that this announcement is purely informational and does not constitute an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy securities in the United States or any other jurisdiction where such action would be unlawful.
