The Agricultural Bank of China announced successful completion of its 2023 annual general meeting, which was held at its Beijing headquarters with 86.67% of voting shares present. All proposed resolutions were passed with overwhelming majority votes, reflecting strong shareholder support for the board’s management and strategic direction. This includes the approval of the 2023 work report, financial accounts, profit distribution plan, and the election of Mr. JU Jiandong as an independent non-executive Director.
