Agco (AGCO) has issued an update.
AGCO Corporation announced the appointment of Indira Agarwal as the new Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer, effective June 17, 2024. She will take over from Damon Audia, who remains the Senior Vice President and CFO. Agarwal brings extensive experience from previous senior roles at HF Sinclair Corporation, Cardtronics, Inc., and Direct Energy. Her compensation includes a base salary, incentives, and benefits, along with provisions for non-compete, non-solicitation, confidentiality, and severance under certain conditions. No conflicts of interest involving Agarwal or her family have been reported in relation to this appointment.
