African Gold Ltd. has announced its Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on May 31, 2024, at 11:30 am WST, where shareholders will review the annual financial statements and vote on key resolutions. These include the adoption of the remuneration report, re-election of directors Peter Williams and Tolga Kumova, and approval for the company to issue additional equity securities up to 10% of its issued capital.
