African Energy Metals Inc (TSE:CUCO) has released an update.

African Energy Metals Inc. is working towards acquiring 100% interest in the Mink Narrows Group high-grade polymetallic copper project in Manitoba, with ongoing preparations for TSXV approval and increased debt settlement arrangements. The company, soon to be renamed Copper Reef Metals Inc., is leveraging the Flin Flon mining camp’s established infrastructure and historical mining success to advance the copper/zinc/gold/silver/nickel project. The project boasts extensive prior exploration, promising drill results, and proximity to existing mineral processing facilities.
