Affirm Holdings, Inc. announced changes to its Board of Directors, with James D. White stepping down as Lead Independent Director and Christa S. Quarles set to fill the role from July 1, 2024. Additionally, Brian D. Hughes has been appointed as a new director, bringing his extensive experience in the financial industry to the table. Alongside joining the Audit and Compensation Committees, he will receive a compensation package including restricted stock units and cash retainers, conforming to the company’s established program for non-employee directors.
