Afarak Group SE invites shareholders to the Annual General Meeting (AGM) on May 31, 2024, in Helsinki, where key issues such as the adoption of the financial statements and the board’s proposal of no dividend distribution for the 2023 fiscal year will be discussed. The board also proposes approval of the remuneration report and policy for governing bodies and suggests a two-year authorization for the board to decide on share issues and special rights.
