Afarak Group SE recently held an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) in Helsinki with no decisions made, according to a news release on April 22, 2024. The meeting included a presentation of a special audit report dated March 18, 2024, which had been previously published with the EGM notice on March 25, 2024. Afarak Group, a manufacturer of specialty metal alloys, aims for stable growth with operations in Southern Europe and South Africa, and is listed on the NASDAQ Helsinki and the London Stock Exchange.
