AF Gruppen ASA (AGRUF) has released an update.
Betonmast, part of AF Gruppen, has secured a contract worth NOK 146 million to renovate and expand an office building in Oslo, which will include housing for the Norwegian Union of General Workers and feature a green profile aiming for BREEAM Very Good Bespoke certification. The project will add approximately 1,900 m2 to the existing 4,100 m2 structure, with a focus on energy, reuse, and recycling. Scheduled for completion in Q4 2025, Betonmast’s CEO Peter Sandrup expresses enthusiasm for the expertise they bring to this urban development.
