AF Gruppen ASA (AGRUF) has released an update.
AF Gruppen’s subsidiary, Strøm Gundersen Vestfold, has been selected by USBL AS to construct a new six-story apartment complex in Sandefjord, with a contract value of MNOK 122 excluding VAT. The project, which includes demolishing existing structures and building 36 new apartments with commercial and parking spaces on the first floor, is set to begin its design phase in September 2024. The completion of the project is dependent on regulatory approvals and financing.
