AF Gruppen’s subsidiary, AF Bygg Öst, has secured a SEK 211 million contract to build 62 eco-friendly apartments in Solna, Sweden for Stena Bygg AB. The Brf Sjöviken project, featuring two residential buildings and an underground garage, is set to begin in Q1 2025 and aims for completion by Q2 2027.
