The company’s Net Asset Value experienced a slight decrease to £162.75 million, but assets like the Central Six Retail Park in Coventry contributed to a 0.41% like-for-like valuation increase for the portfolio. Despite a delicate economic environment, AEW UK REIT remains committed to its active asset management strategy, aiming for further capital and income growth.
