At AEW UK REIT PLC’s recent AGM, all proposed resolutions were passed, with notable attention on the re-election of Mark Kirkland despite concerns over overboarding. Mark Burton retired after 9 years, with Robin Archibald succeeding him as Chairman of the Board. The Board plans to engage with shareholders to address any concerns and will report back within six months regarding feedback on governance matters.
