Plymouth Rock Technologies Inc (TSE:AETH) has released an update.
Aether Global Innovations Corp., a company engaged in drone management and automation, announced plans to acquire 1401068 BC Ltd., further enhancing its business strategy aimed at supporting critical infrastructures with drone technology. This all-share transaction will also include a $50,000 working capital loan to Aether Global, which will be forgivable upon completion of the deal. The strategic move aims to bolster Aether Global’s development and commercialization of new long-range and heavy-lift unmanned aerial systems.
