Aeterna Zentaris Seeks Meeting Delay for Merger

Aeterna Zentaris (TSE:AEZS) has released an update.

Aeterna Zentaris Inc., a biopharmaceutical firm, is requesting a court order to delay its annual shareholder meeting until July 31, 2024, to finalize its merger with Ceapro Inc. This extension is meant to allow Ceapro’s former shareholders to participate in key votes at the meeting. Additionally, the company has confirmed June 3, 2024, as the redemption date for due bills from a recent warrant issuance.
