Aeterna Zentaris Inc. has announced the commencement of a share consolidation approved by shareholders, which will reduce its common shares from around 4.85 million to approximately 1.21 million. This move comes alongside a merger with Ceapro Inc., with new post-consolidation shares to begin trading in early May 2024.
