Aeterna Zentaris Inc. has announced the finalization of details regarding its merger with Ceapro Inc., following a share consolidation where Aeterna shareholders will now receive adjusted shares and warrants. The transaction includes an entitlement to Transaction Warrants for shareholders as of May 29, 2024, with the merger expected to close by June 3, 2024. The deal aims to enhance the company’s pharmaceutical and diagnostic product portfolio, addressing unmet medical needs.
