Aeterna Zentaris Inc. has announced a share consolidation which will reduce its current common shares by consolidating four pre-Consolidation shares into one post-Consolidation share, with trading expected to start on May 3, 2024. The consolidation follows shareholder approval and is part of a broader merger with Ceapro Inc., expected to close in the second quarter of 2024. This strategic move by Aeterna aims to streamline its share structure and advance its pharmaceutical development ventures.
