AerCap Holdings Announces $750M Notes Offering

Aercap Holdings (AER) has released an update.

AerCap Holdings subsidiary AerCap Ireland Capital DAC, along with AerCap Global Aviation Trust, has entered into an agreement to issue $750 million in Fixed-Rate Reset Junior Subordinated Notes due in 2055, guaranteed by parent company AerCap Holdings N.V. and its subsidiaries. The securities are to be underwritten by a consortium including J.P. Morgan Securities, Mizuho Securities USA, Goldman Sachs & Co., and Santander US Capital Markets. This financial move aims to secure long-term capital for the company with the securities being offered under a previously filed registration statement with the SEC.
