AEON REIT Files 100 Billion Yen Bond Shelf Registration

AEON REIT Investment Corp. (JP:3292) has released an update.

AEON REIT Investment Corporation has filed a shelf registration for investment corporation bonds worth 100 billion yen with the Kanto Local Finance Bureau. The bonds, which exclude short-term options, will be issued from August 6, 2024, with a two-year availability period ending August 5, 2026. The funds raised will be allocated to asset acquisition, debt repayment, and other operational financial needs.
