AEON Credit Service (Asia) Company Limited has announced that all resolutions presented at their Annual General Meeting on 26th June 2024 received overwhelming shareholder approval, including the adoption of the financial statements, director re-elections, and the declaration of a final dividend. Notably, each directorial candidate was re-elected with a unanimous vote, and Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu was re-appointed as Auditor with near-unanimous support. The AGM was attended by all directors and the vote count was scrutinized by Tricor Secretaries Limited.
