AEON Credit Reports Lower Quarterly Profit

AEON Credit Service (Asia) Co., Ltd. (HK:0900) has released an update.

AEON Credit Service (Asia) Company Limited has reported unaudited financial results for the quarter ending 31st May 2024, revealing a profit of HK$83,255,000, a decrease from the previous year’s HK$96,967,000. Despite a rise in revenue to HK$426,547,000, the company faced higher impairment losses and impairment allowances compared to the same period last year. The earnings per share also saw a dip from 23.16 HK cents to 19.88 HK cents.
