AEON Credit Service (Asia) Co., Ltd. has renewed its Card Acquiring Merchant Agreement with AEON Stores for another three years, effective from 11 July 2024 or later, depending on the fulfilment of certain conditions. The agreement, which handles both On-us Commission Transactions and Off-us Acquiring Transactions, falls under annual review and reporting requirements but does not require independent shareholder approval. The services include installing and operating EDC terminals at AEON Stores, with commission rates ranging from 0.98% to 1.90%, varying by card brand and type of sales.
