Aelios Pte. Ltd. has announced a mandatory conditional cash offer to acquire all outstanding units of Suntec Real Estate Investment Trust that it does not already own. The offer, facilitated by United Overseas Bank Limited and DBS Bank Ltd., comes after Aelios’ recent acquisition of over 62 million units in the trust.
