AEDAS Homes Initiates New Financing Program

AEDAS Homes SA (ES:AEDAS) has released an update.

AEDAS Homes S.A. has launched a new €100 million promissory note program with maturity terms up to a year to diversify its financing. This follows a similar €150 million program established in July 2024, with longer terms, as part of the company’s strategic financial diversification. PKF Attest Capital Markets will place the notes, with Banco Santander handling payments.
