Aecon Group Welcomes New Board Members

Aecon Group Inc. has successfully conducted its Annual General Meeting, resulting in the refreshment of its Board of Directors with the addition of three new members: Leslie Kass, Rod Phillips, and Scott Stewart, who bring a wealth of experience from various industries. The shareholders also passed all proposed resolutions, including executive compensation and appointment of auditors. The meeting marked the retirement of long-standing board members Anthony P. Franceschini and J.D. Hole, who were acknowledged for their years of dedicated service to Aecon’s growth.
