AECI Ltd has announced the appointment of Ms. Nombulelo Moholi as an independent non-executive director, effective from September 1, 2024. Moholi carries over 30 years of experience, including a previous CEO role at Telkom SA, and currently chairs the board of Santam Ltd. Her diverse background is expected to enhance AECI’s board with her expertise in corporate governance and commitment to diversity.
