Despite Ellora Telecom’s financial challenges and minimal contribution to Adya’s revenue, a Customer Support Services Agreement ensures continued collaboration between the two entities post-sale. This divestiture is aimed at streamlining Adya’s operations and maintaining service continuity for its customers.
