Adventus Mining Corporation’s shareholders have overwhelmingly approved a strategic arrangement with Silvercorp Metals Inc., with over 99.97% in favor during their recent meeting. This significant endorsement paves the way for the anticipated completion of the arrangement by July 5, 2024, after which Adventus’ common shares are expected to be delisted from the TSX Venture Exchange.
