Adventus Mining Corp Sets Key Meeting Date

Adventus Mining Corp (TSE:ADZN) has released an update.

Adventus Mining Corp has announced its annual and special meeting for June 26, 2024, where Voting Securityholders will decide on a proposed plan of arrangement with Silvercorp Metals Inc. If approved, Silvercorp will acquire all outstanding common shares of Adventus, with each shareholder receiving 0.1015 of a Silvercorp share per Adventus share. Shareholders are urged to vote ahead of the June 24 proxy cut-off.
