At the recent Annual General Meeting of Advancer Global Limited, shareholders were welcomed and the Board of Directors, including the CEO, were in attendance, while one Executive Director was absent due to illness. The meeting was chaired by Independent Non-Executive Chairman Mr. Lim Teck Chai, Danny, who also voted on behalf of several shareholders by proxy. All resolutions were decided by poll, with the voting process and procedures adhering to the Catalist Rules of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited.
