Advanced Systems Automation Limited successfully conducted its 38th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on August 23, 2024, with Chairman Dato’ Sri Mohd. Sopiyan B. Mohd. Rashdi presiding. The meeting highlighted the implementation of poll-based voting for resolutions, as mandated by the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited rules, and the appointment of proxy votes by the Chairman. No questions were received from shareholders prior to the AGM, and voting results had been pre-counted and verified by appointed scrutineers.
